Ruby Rose Jackson

Ruby began to dance at the age the age of 7, learning Ballroom and Latin for many years. She later went on to study other different styles of dance including ballet, tap and contemporary as well as also studying drama and music. After having not danced or exercised for 2 years, Ruby started Pole Dance Fitness back in 2010 and became a little obsessed! She trained hard for hours each week, building on her strength, fitness and confidence. Ruby quickly progressed to becoming an instructor, gaining vast knowledge and excellent understanding in all aspects of Pole Fitness. Ruby has been in the Pole Fitness industry for 6 years and is an extremely experienced and empathetic instructor. Ruby has a great passion for Pole Fitness and sharing her expertise - she understands that all students are from all kinds of different backgrounds and that everyone learns at different paces and she always ensures classes are catered specifically for each individual’s needs and personal goals. Ruby promises to deliver excellent support, encouragement and guidance to all students during each and every class throughout their personal pole journeys.

Ruby is a PDC Approved 3 Star Instructor, which means that she complies with the Pole Dance Community Code of Conduct and represents the highest level of professionalism and teaching quality within the fitness industry.

Tilly Griffin

Tilly began to dance from the age of 3, where she developed her knowledge and training in many dance styles. Tilly completed her Royal Academy of Dance ballet qualifications, as well as tap, jazz and contemporary. She then went on to complete her National Diploma and then her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance at Kingston University. During her time at Kingston, Tilly expanded her dance vocabulary by training in many other dance styles including, street styles, ballet, contemporary and cultural dance. In 2012, Tilly started Pole Dance Fitness as a way to increase her strength and to aid her other dance practises. As Tilly continued with her pole training, her passion began to grow strong for the sport and she decided to follow the route of Pole Fitness and Aerial Arts to support her personal development as a dancer and performer. Tilly loves the gymnastic side to Pole Fitness and also likes to infuse her dance background when performing. As a caring and compassionate person, Tilly loves working with a variety of students from all walks of life. She strives off of supporting and encouraging students and helping them to achieve their goals. Her most important aim is to ensure students have fun, enjoy themselves and build confidence in themselves.

Kirsty Saunders

Kirsty began gymnastics at the age of 6, where she went on to compete at regional level until the age of 16. Kirsty has studied various styles of dance including ballet, street, jazz, modern and contemporary and also studied Dance at GCSE and A-Level. Kirsty started Pole Dance Fitness in 2013 and completely fell in love with the sport! She first trained with Sarah Mctwinny as well as self-taught herself. Kirsty took a break from pole for a few months whilst looking for a new place to train and she later joined Pole Place Horsham in 2015. Kirsty loves Pole Fitness – she loves achieving new tricks and building on her strength and she believes Pole Fitness is one of the most rewarding and fun ways to stay in shape while developing a new passion! Kirsty promises to help all students to achieve their goals, increase their fitness levels while having lots of fun and to help them find a new love for pole - just like she did.
